1. Do you ship only to the US?
Yes, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states at this time.
2. How fast do you ship?
We ship within 24 hours via UPS/Fedex/USPS for retail orders, and by truck for bulk orders. Shipping takes 2-4 business days.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is $7 for any orders under $50.
1. How do I get wholesale pricing?
You must register on our wholesale site and be approved. We look to see if you have a Sales Tax ID and are able to resale. Once you get approved and login, you will see your discounted pricing.
2. How much do I have to spend to get free shipping?
Shipping is free for orders $500+.
3. How do I get distribution pricing and place orders?
We have different tiers of pricing based on spending level. If you buy over $10K of merchandise, you will be put on our distributor tier. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for those prices.
1. Do you take back products?
We have a full happiness policy. We give our customers 30 days to try the products and for any reason the product is damaged or you’re unhappy with the purchase, we will take the item back. We will send out a return label and refund you minus the cost of shipping ($7/retail, $24.99/wholesale) if your order falls below the free shipping amount.
2. Can I exchange a product for another flavor/color?
We will happily exchange your product for another color/flavor of your choice, as long as it’s within 30 days of your purchase.
